Shades of Soul Entertainment, LLC is the brainchild of Louis Cook III, who as a graduate of Morgan State University’s famed business school, always envisioned owning his own company.  After years of research, study and working for several corporations, Mr. Cook was armed with a variety of experience, but could not decide what type of business venture he wished to own. 

Firmly believing in the concept that “what you love to do, you will eventually do well”, this company was founded in August of 2005 with the basic idea of incorporating all of the major personal interests and hobbies of its founder.  By fusing traditional southern home-style cooking, sports and fitness related programs, community awareness, music, innovative fashion, and amusement activities for children and adults; we have created the ultimate “full-service” Entertainment Company.
